School Principal

I’m Principal Jackson, and I’m thrilled to continue leading Fondren Middle School in my third year as principal. For those new to our Mustang Family, welcome! My 21 years in education—as a middle school ELA teacher, Instructional Specialist, Assistant Principal, and now Principal—have only strengthened my belief that education is the key to unlocking endless possibilities.

At Fondren, we are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and challenging learning environment for every student. My leadership is guided by three core values: transparency, reflection, and support. I have high expectations for myself, our staff, and our students, and I truly believe that accountability and life lessons learned here extend far beyond the classroom.

I look forward to working with you this year as we continue to grow and achieve together. Let’s make it another great year!
