Grading & Report Cards

At Fondren Middle School, we are committed to providing students and families with clear and consistent communication about academic progress. HISD uses a standards-based grading system that reflects mastery of grade-level expectations.

Report cards are issued every 6 weeks and are available through the HISD Connect as well as paper copies sent home with students.

If you have questions about your child’s grades or need help accessing their report card online, please contact the main office or your child’s grade-level counselor.
